Belgravia Property Finance was established in 2007 when Samuel Hoban decided to branch out from providing mortgage advice and focus on specialist lending for Property Investors and Developers – both long and short term finance.
Samuel has a background working for a leading independent IFA firm that serviced clients across London and the South East. Samuel is and has been personally regulated by the FCA, and formerly FSA since 2003.
We have expertise in every area of property finance, and are often seen as the broker of choice for our specialist knowledge, and work with introducers including mortgage brokers, IFA’s, solicitors and accountants.

BRIDGING LOANS
Let us guide you through the maze of lenders in the bridging market. The lenders we work with are lower cost and reputable. Rates from 3.24% over base per annum for loans of £1m+.
MEZZANINE FINANCE
Decrease your cash input and increase your return on investment (ROI), we work with mezzanine lenders, generally advancing 85-95% of development costs up to 65-75% of GDV
EQUITY FUNDING
